New Boise Club's Opening Still On Ice

The Ice Bouquet, a nightclub planned for the former Blues Bouquet space at 1010 Main St., was originally slated to open with a Halloween party Oct. 27. However, the shindig was put on hold.

From the Ice Bouquet's Facebook page:

Due to construction delays, complexity, and extensive detail of the remodel, The Ice Bouquet unfortunately announces that the anticipated Grand Opening Halloween Party scheduled for October 27th will be canceled. At this time, no rescheduled date is set.

We are staying dedicated to not only making The Ice Bouquet the hottest, most amazing nightclub in Boise, but constructing it correctly, making every small detail count, as well as making sure it is an all around, one-of- a kind venue for you to experience and enjoy. Our rescheduled Grand Opening will be bigger than the Halloween Party we anticipated, and promise that this delay in construction will be worth it. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you at our future Grand Opening date.

Tyson Twilegar, the building's owner, confirmed the delay.

"The construction process wasn't where they wanted it to be," he said.

Twilegar said plans are moving forward, and more information would be available soon.
