Boise Weekly got all in a tizzy a little while back when we learned that the folks behind the Main Street Mile were organizing a gigantic game of zombie tag in Ann Morrison Park, one they hoped would set the record for the world's largest.
It was supposed to go down Saturday, Oct. 27.
But, sadly, it ain't gonna happen.

Hey Zombie lovers! We are going to be shifting The Boise Dead...Zombie Tag to next spring. We wanted to expand our footprint, avoid some conflicts (that are currently making us a smaller area) and make sure we could accommodate the largest crowd possible. Date will be finalized next week...but looking at the first weekend in May. Don't despair, we will have a zombie invasion of Boise, just means we have more time to be bigger and better!!
The delay should work out fine, because like the old saying goes: "April showers bring May zombies."
