Treefort's Ale Fort opens tomorrow, Friday, March 23, and goes through Sunday, March 25. For $25, you get free samples of craft beer all three days.
However, if that leaves you wondering where to drink today, you can go to any of the locations selling Ale Fort passes—including Payette Brewing, Crooked Fence,
Sockeye Brewery, The Ram and Brewforia—and you will get a free pint when you purchase your Ale Fort pass.
David Roberts of Brewforia, who is organizing the Ale Fort, saw what was happening with Treefort from the very beginning and wanted to be involved.
“It was obvious that these people were passionate about music and art, excited to be a part of Boise's cultural forefront,” Roberts said. “I immediately related, myself loving music and art, but also saw an instant connection to Boise's burgeoning beer culture.”
He felt Treefort would be a perfect place for Boise’s beer community to show what it can do.
“It is our hope that anyone who wasn't excited about Boise's beer culture before will be after they attend the Treefort and Ale Fort.”
