It is that time of year again. All the hunting season are closed—well most of them—and the sportsman public is locked indoors with nothing but a bored hunting dog and a reloading bench. Good thing the Idaho Sportsman Show is on the horizon.
Thursday, March 1 through Sunday, March 4, the Idaho Sportsman Show will take place at the Expo Idaho Center off Chinden Boulevard. Thursday and Friday the show is open from 5 p.m.-9 p.m., on Saturday from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Hunting outfitters, equipment sellers and pro-outdoors groups will have booths promoting their goods and ideas. The expo will also host seminars on topics ranging from how to catch fish to how to call for elk. Check out a full schedule here.
Bring in your horns for a free measurement so you can brag it up to your friends. Check out what the Safari Club is up to or just get a quote on that Alaskan fishing adventure you have been dreaming of. I know I will be drooling through most of the rows.
