Though they're now primarily viewed at home, movies are designed for the big screen and most should be seen on one to get the full effect.
Only problem: Going to the movies is f@#$ing expensive. With tickets clocking in at about the price of a nice brownstone in New York and popcorn costing about as much as a small yacht, who can afford to see movies the way they're meant to be seen anymore?
Answer: You. For today, anyhow.
Swing by the Boise State Special Events Center tonight and you can catch a free or cheap screening of Bridesmaids, from producer Jud Apatow.
The film starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free for students and $1 for non-students.
