The punk-music lovers who can usually be found at Liquid on a Monday night, drinking giant cans of PBR while they wait for the music to start may very well be at Red Room instead tonight, sipping PBR out of giant cans and waiting for the music to start.

That's because the music they'll be waiting for comes courtesy of old-school rockers U.S. Bombs and Germany's Pascal Briggs. Doors open at 8 p.m., show starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $12 adv. (available at Record Exchange) and $14 at the door. Local bands A Thousand Effigies, The Useless and The Northend Snugglers open.

For those of you who prefer a little metal in your Monday, the walls at Liquid will be shaking as usual thanks to local bands End of All Flesh, Ripchain and Defenders of the Faith. Cover is $2 and music starts at 9 p.m.
