The Idaho Democratic Party is looking for a new executive director.
Current executive director John Foster has stepped down, citing family as his reason for leaving the post he took less than a year ago
Foster will continue working for the party through the middle of March. The announcement comes on the heals of the party's most successful caucus to date
This is the second big change for the state Democratic Party in as many months. Former party chairman Richard Stallings
resigned in January. He was replaced by Ketchum attorney Keith Roark.
Switching executive directors seems to be the thing to do in political circles these days. The Idaho Republican Party recently announced the appointment of Sid Smith
, former spokesman for Sen. Larry Craig, after the departure of Jayson Ronk.
