The teenage girl told police that a man had followed her to her car outside of her place of employment in the area of West Franklin Road near North Milwaukee Street. The girl said the suspect held her up against the car and touched her inappropriately. She was eventually able to push the suspect away, get into her car and drive away. That incident occurred in January 2014.

In July of 2013, a woman said she had been walking behind the Boise State library when she was approached by a man asking for directions. The woman said the suspect began touching her inappropriately, cornered her in a stairwell and pushed her head up against the wall, continuing to touch her inappropriately. The woman struggled to get free and went directly to a Boise Police substation to report the crime.

Officers with the Boise Police Special Victims Unit tied the two incidents together and arrested the suspect on a warrant.

33-year-old Don Williams of Meridian is charged with a felony count of sexual battery of a minor child and a misdemeanor charge of battery.
