Efraim Chereji, 19, is charged with felony burglary.

Employees at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee St. in Boise said they watched as a suspect concealed items under his clothes, walked out of the store without paying, took the items to his vehicle and later returned them to the store. According to witnesses, the suspect kept it up, making three trips with allegedly stolen items before Boise police arrived on the scene.

Kathleen Banner, 60, is charged with felony DUI.

Additionally, Boise police said they served an arrest warrant for felony DUI on Thursday, July 25.

The warrant stemmed from a May 4 incident in which the suspect was involved in a collision in a parking lot on the 8100 block of West Fairview Ave. The suspect had initially been charged with a misdemeanor DUI. But it was later determined that the suspect had a prior arrest for enhanced DUI, triggering the new felony count.

Kathleen Banner, 60, of Boise, was booked into the Ada County lockup on a felony charge of driving under the influence.
