Two Boise Men Charged with Felony Drunk Driving Charges

Boise man Levi R. Curtis, 33, was arrested May 23 on felony DUI charges.

Responding to a call of a driver passed out behind the wheel of a car, Boise Police arrested a man who appeared to be "very intoxicated" near the 3900 block of West Pershing Drive May 23.

Boise Police said 33-year-old Levi Curtis of Boise failed several field sobriety tests. A review of Curtis' record found Driving Under the Influence convictions—making this new DUI charge a felony.

On the morning of May 24, officers pulled over a moped driver after he failed to signal during a lane change near Americana Boulevard and Shoreline Drive. The suspect appeared very intoxicated, according to Boise Police.

The suspect blew a .17 blood alcohol level at the Ada County Jail, and records revealed previous DUI charges and an outstanding probation violation warrant through Canyon County.

35-year-old Anton Moore of Boise was arrested on felony DUI charges.
