A University of Idaho student is suing a national fraternity for more than $10,000, claiming that the University of Idaho chapter of Delta Chi was negligent in April 2011 in providing her with beer and vodka when she was under age.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports that the student says her consumption of alcohol contributed to a three story fall from a frat house window, causing her to suffer injuries when she hit a basketball court. The lawsuit is claiming $10,000 in medical bills, plus other damages.

Meanwhile the U of I is still battling a lawsuit from another student who was injured in a drunken fall from a frat house window in 2009.

Additionally, a University of Idaho student died of hypothermia in January following his attendance at a campus frat house party.

In February, the university announced it was forming two task forces to evaluate university policies regarding alcohol and substance abuse among students and to examine the university's relationship with fraternities and sororities.
