Eric Hackett, 32, of Eagle, is charged with resisting or obstructing officers, disturbing the peace and malicious injury to property.

Garden City Police reported to the Revolution Concert House, 4983 Glenwood St., the night of March 14 and arrested Eric Hackett, 32, of Eagle, after security threw him out of a Flogging Molly concert.

Security ejected Hackett for fighting inside the venue, and officers noted Hackett's face was covered with blood. After the police arrived, Hackett is alleged to have urinated on the hood of an occupied vehicle in the parking lot before attempting to run away from officers.

Hackett refused to stop and was tackled by police and taken into custody, according to a release from the Garden City Police Department. He was first transported to the Ada County Jail, but a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit required a trip to Saint Alphonsus Hospital.

Officers claim Hackett attempted to kick out the windows of the patrol car during transport. Once back at the Ada County Jail, Hackett was booked on charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor resisting and obstructing officers and misdemeanor malicious injury to property.
