A Boise couple were locked up Jan. 7 after a search of their home found four children living around meth and drug paraphernalia. Police said the woman also became belligerent, repeatedly kicking an officer in the leg.
Boise Police responded to a disturbance call on the 5200 block of West Morris Hill Road just before 3 a.m. That's when they found 35-year-old Alison Drinkall outside the home wearing little clothing and acting "unusual." Police said 42-year-old Larry Beeton also appeared to be under the influence of a mind-altering substance.
Inside the home, officers recovered meth and drug paraphernalia within the reach of four children, ranging in age from 18 months to 15 years. The children were declared to be in imminent danger and turned over to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
Beeton and Drinkall were both charged with injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Drinkall was also charged with battery of an officer.
