After spotting a speeding vehicle near Orchard and Broadmont streets overnight, Boise Police said they stopped the car on the 2100 block of South Orchard. Police said the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a 0.15 blood alcohol content.
A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior DUI convictions, making the most recent charge a felony.
James Blish, 32, of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail for a felony DUI.
Boise Police said they also took custody of a Colorado woman, who was transferred to Idaho on an outstanding felony warrant for burglary. The warrant stemmed from an ongoing investigation into a theft ring dating back to 2006.
Tamra Minerich, 36, of Thornton, Colo., was booked into the Ada County Jail, where she awaits arraignment.
