Police Blotter: Bloodied and Bruised Suspects Charged With Grand Theft, Public Intoxication

Adrian Paz Jr., 19, is charged with grand theft and DUI.

Boise Police were called to a parking garage near Eighth and Broad streets in the pre-dawn hours of Nov. 17, when a man was spotted wearing only boxer shorts with blood smeared across his chest and head.

Police said the man, 19-year-old Adrian Paz Jr. of Notus, was wanted in connection with the theft of a pickup truck from a residential garage on North Houston Road earlier in the day. Paz was charged with felony counts of grand theft and driving under the influence and malicious injury to property.

James Martin, 48, is charged with public intoxication and intimidation of a states witness.

Later Saturday evening, Boise Police were called out to the River of Life men's shelter, where shelter operators said 48-year-old James Martin had found his way inside the building after being barred from the property. Police said Martin was aggressive and made threatening statements. Martin was charged with public intoxication and intimidation of a state's witness.
