Weekend Police Blotter: Stabbing, Child Porn, Aggressive Burglar and Witness Intimidation

Devin OBrien, 21, is charged with aggravated battery.

Boise Police report that a party at a residence on the 1200 block of South Euclid Avenue early Sunday morning got out of hand when one of the guests was stabbed multiple times with a knife. Following an investigation, 21-year-old Devin O'Brien of Boise was charged with a felony count of aggravated battery.

Judd Ballard, 37, is charged with possession of sexually exploitative material.

Boise Boise arrested 37-year-old Judd Ballard of Boise November 2nd after a search of his South Colorado Avenue residence revealed child pornography on his computer. Ballard was booked on five counts of possession of sexually exploitative material.

Shaun Knapp, 31, is charged with burglary, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting and obstructing.

Residents of a home on the 1600 block of West Eastman Street called Boise Police early Saturday morning when they were awoken by the sounds of a burglar attempting to enter through their front door. The residents shouted at the burglar telling him to go away but the suspect continued to attempt to enter the home. When Boise Police arrived on the scene they busted 31-year-old Shaun Knapp of Nampa and recovered two knives in his possession, one concealed inside duct tape on a lanyard around Knapp's neck.

Stacie Duval, 39, is charged with intimidation of a states witness.

39-year-old Stacie Duval was locked up November 2 and charged with a felony count of intimidation of a state's witness. Boise Police report that Duval made intimidating phone calls to a witness in an ongoing criminal prosecution that started in August.
