The Idaho Department of Correction announced Thursday night that one of its inmates is missing.
Tarango Padilla, 39, walked away from a work camp in the Eastern Idaho town of St. Anthony late Thursday. He was wearing a brown coat, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a white shirt. Padilla is Native American; five-foot, nine-inches tall and approximately 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Padilla was serving a sentence of seven to 15 years behind bars for his conviction of two counts of grand theft in Twin Falls County. He would have been eligible for parole in 2017.
