Idaho Prison Guard Charged With Having Sex With Inmate

For the second time in less than a month, a correctional officer with the Idaho Department of Correction has been accused of have sexual contact with an imate.

Following an investigation by IDOC and the Pocatello Police Department, Kim Rogers, who worked at the Pocatello Women's Correctional Center, was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an inmate, a felony.

On May 25, IDOC announced that Sebastian Lieber, a former guard at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an inmate.

IDOC had no further comments on either case, saying each instance was a personnel matter.
