Zenner's Bratwurst Subject of Recall

If brats are on your Memorial Day barbecue menu, check your brand before firing up the grill.

Zenner's Quality Meat Products is recalling approximately 3,600 prounds of bratwurst because of misbranding and an undisclosed allergen. The product contains soy protein, a known allergen, not declared on the label.

The recall targets two-and-a-quarter pound packages of Zenner's smoked bratwurst with a sell-by date of July 17.

The product bears the number "6308" inside the USDA mark of inspection, and was sold in supermarkets in Idaho, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
