While Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney was busy Tuesday night, sweeping five GOP primaries in Connecticut, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, President Barack Obama was slow-jamming the news with Jimmy Fallon in front of a late-night television audience. The appearance, taped at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Fallon took some liberties in calling Obama "the preezy of the United Steezy."
Fallon's slow-jamming is usually reserved for NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams, delivering a sober, straight-delivery message as Fallon and Roots vocalist Tariq deliver punchlines via song. As an example:
Obama: "They say we should be doing everything we can to pay down the national debt. Well, so long as it doesn't include taxing billionaires."
Fallon and Tariq (singing): "The right and left should join on this like Kim and Kanye."
