SEC Suspends AEHI Trading

Posted by Deanna Darr on Tue, Dec 14, 2010 at 10:33 AM

Despite approval of a rezoning request by the Payette County Planning and Zoning Commission clearing the path for a future nuclear energy plant in Southwest Idaho, the project's parent company has run into some problems with the Security and Exchange Commission.

The SEC temporarily suspended trading of securities of Alternative Energy Holdings, Inc. because of questions about the validity of information put out by AEHI, including its funding, company officers' stock sales and executive compensation.

The suspension is due to last through Tuesday, Dec. 28.

Near as I can tell, there are no technical barriers to this project. Conventional nuclear energy technology is well understood, and a smaller installation as proposed by AEHI is quite feasible. The three main barriers appear to stem from political, regulatory, and financial sources. Regardless of the eventual outcome, I'm fascinated by the maneuvers and stratagems being deployed by the various adversaries.

"divsrv" You must be kidding!

There are many technical barriers which knowledgeable people have been telling officials for years. Water, transmission, Geologic, to name a few, beyond regulatory and financing. Gillispie is a known and consistent lier, as are the rest of his minions. There could never be a nuclear power plant built anywhere by this company. It was a scam from day one and it was obvious to anyone with their eyes open.

Hopefully everyone will remember the people connected with this project, like Col. Bruce Wong, Martin Johncox who wrote most of the fraudulent news releases, Dan Hamilton who was actually helping them while he feined objectivity while at Fox News, James E. "Eric" Cooper former stock broker with Edward Jones / Wacovia, Owyhee County Commissioner Dick Freund, Former Owyhee County Sheriff Gary Aman, Micah Gosney to name a few.

Many local government officials are responsible for this fraud carrying on as long as it has including County Commissioner Dick Freund who's brother owned stock in the company but pushed the project beyond any reasonableness, and former Sheriff and stockholder Gary Aman who did many things which should soon become public, and wannabe talk radio commentator Douglas McConnaughey who was AEHI's master hatchet man who according to his own daughter's eye witness testimony, under oath, simply manufactured the assault charges on Dr. Peter Rickards in Glenns Ferry.

All of the people involved in AEHI knew, or should have known the claims made by AEHI developed and written Martin Johncox's were obscenely fraudulent from the beginning.

Most of the news media particularly some of the rabid radio programs, and many public officials owe an apology to the many outspoken critics of AEHI, but most notably they owe an apology to one organization. The Snake River Alliance was exactly right all along. When Gillispie physically assaulted one of the Snake River Alliance personnel the sheriff of Elmore County did nothing about it. It is embarrassing to have lived in Idaho all my life and to have witnessed the numerous government officials slavering over these con men and to witness the rudeness with which they teated the only organization who stood up to them. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

You've got me mixed up with tenday. I was posting questions about AEHI in 2007. See my comment above.
