When we published a review of the sputtering steak at the recently reopened Barbacoa, little did we know we were helping promote print journalism in Boise. Mustering all of his tact, owner Robert Castoro dished out a pretty penny for a full-page ad (cha ching) in the Idaho Statesman's Sunday edition slamming our reviewer. And in an even more head-scratching move, Castoro then decided to take out a full-page ad (cha ching) in the Boise Weekly saying, "No Hard Feelings, Only Hot Rocks." So thanks, Barbacoa, for helping the printed word find the page.
