at the midway point in our little southern jaunt with fellow Boiseans BUILT TO SPILL... and FAUXBOIS as well for the first three shows in Asheville, NC + Atlanta, GA + Little Rock, AR. pretty rad having three Boise bands together so far from home. really incredible three nights with everyone. The Orange Peel in Asheville was an epic kick off to it all. then the old Roxy Theatre in Atlanta now called Buckhead Theatre. and last night The Village, a perfectly round dome in Little Rock, AR. it was a wild one....

said goodbye to Fauxbois this morning before hitting the road for Dallas. the three nights with all three Boise bands were making us real proud of the Boise music scene and it's potential into the future. so much respect for BTS and all that they've accomplished and incredible of them to bring us and others along with them. each and every night i'm reminded that they do indeed make some of the most honest and beautiful music ever. love it.

trip to Dallas was wild yesterday. one of our back side windows somehow shattered leaving a gaping whole in the side of our van... and then in the middle of a massive downpour 22miles outside of Dallas our back left tire blew... led to some an awesome team building experience as we dealt with gnarly conditions and a van half off the freeway... but the 6 of us managed to get the tire changed and get us off to the 6th Anniversary bash at the Granada Theater in Dallas. which was incredible. local openers Telegraph Canyon were really sweet and BTS ripped and were in great spirits. packed house. fun fun night. afterwards we had a late night pool party at our new friends' Ethan and Micah's apartment complex. pool party!! epic on all fronts.

btw, window got fixed last night and we replaced the back two tires this morning. so we're back in action and almost to Amarillo. it's a night off for BTS, but we're going to rock a rad little place called The 806 that we played back in March on our way to SXSW. fun spot. and Hillfolk Noir played there just two weeks ago. Boise spreadin it's love all over. love it.

excited for the Colorado shows with BTS over the weekend. then home. been an incredible trip. lots of photos and videos to come thanks to our embedded photo artist and vibe guy Tyler Kohlhoff. i'm sure we'll post some here and on our sites, but you can embed yourself in his magic via his blog DANCING WILL SAVE YOU

here are some sneak peaks. found this video posted online today from Sunday's show at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC. really really fun show. incredible place. this is Battle and some of Dali

been a super fun power trip thus far. just a few more days left. also big thanks to the rest of our crew on this stretch:
the infamous Jeremy Martin is pretty much running the show. brought along to mix sound, he's pretty much been an all-star on several fronts. especially with the ladies. but what else is new?

and Rachael Fisher back on the road helping with merch and happiness in the percussion dept.

and the aforementioned Tyler Kohlhoff. quite the crew. go team!

also, if it wasn't incredibly obvious, it's been super hot. last night in Dallas i was soaked to the bone after our set. luckily the A/C in our van works great for the driving. our bubble is nice.

more updates and lots of photos soon.
xoxo
